What millennials need to know to get along

The digital native has much to contribute…and much to learn…to fit into a workplace that has been in existence for a long time.

Millennials – a fresh new perspective

Millennials, those born from 1980 to approximately 1995, are the first truly digital natives. They have a unique view of the world and presence which extends to the workplace. Like every cohort group (Baby Boomers, Generation X, etc.), Millennials have a lot to contribute, yet a lot to learn to fit into the existing workplace and other generations. All workers, regardless of their cohort group, need to understand their effects on one another.  This is not an easy thing to do.
