This global manufacturing company is looking for a JDE Business Systems Analyst who will be responsible for supporting JDE in several plants in the Auburn Hills – Ann Arbor – Detroit, Michigan area. Auburn Hills, MI (Near Detroit and Ann Arbor, Michigan areas)
There are short commutes between company locations in the surrounding area. This is not a heavy travel position nor a road warrior role.
Salary range: $130-140K

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The JDE Business Systems Analyst (BSA) is responsible for designing, documenting and implementing JDE EnterpriseOne (E1) settings and applications to support necessary changes defined by the business. This includes following departmental procedures to prioritize the workload and complete work.
The BSA is the business area liaison between the Manager of Applications Architecture and the user community. In this role, the JDE Business Systems Analyst is the subject matter expert. You will help define business information requirements and recommend computer systems for the solutions of business problems. You will formulate procedures for resolving systems-related business issues as well as implementing and maintaining major systems.
The JDE Business Systems Analyst may act as a project leader to help install a new application package or manage the on-going maintenance of a group of related systems.
Qualifications for the JDE Business Systems Analyst
We are looking for the following:
1. 5+ years with the following JDE EnterpriseOne modules:
- Sales Order Processing
- Shop Floor
- Product Data Management
- Manufacturing Planning
- Inventory Control
2. A plus, but not required:
- APICS Certification
- Experience creating end-user documentation and facilitating end-user training
Skills and Abilities
The most important requirements for the JDE BSA:
- Excellent hands-on JDE experience as an analyst with technical knowledge proven to support and direct an implementation.
- Excellent knowledge of JDE manufacturing modules
- Experience interacting with manufacturing end users, including shop floor people
- You do not need development (coding) skills; however such knowledge is a plus.
- Solid communication skills
