<h2>Job Description</h2>
<p>As a SAP Basis Administrator, your role is to ensure that all SAP systems and bolt-on programs are  available and run efficiently. Responsibilities include administration, projects. OSS Liaison, Authorization Administration, SAP GUI Configuration &amp; Deployment, and methodology. We need someone who is able to think critically and communicate clearly, and follow through on  all reported SAP issues regardless of group ownership to ensure the success of the company&#8217;s business.</p>
<h2>Requirements - Qualifications</h2>
<p>3+ years of experience:<br />
- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of various SAP systems -Enterprise Portal, R3, ECC, CRM, BW, PI, EP, SolMan, BOBJ) in UNIX and Oracle Server environments<br />
-  Manage and support multiple SAP landscapes<br />
- Assisting in the planning, designing and architecture of SAP systems<br />
- Maintenance of multi-landscape environments through client copies, system refreshes, and transport management<br />
- SAP profile parameter changes, workload analysis, system error analysis and establishment of standard BASIS background jobs, system health checks, and monitoring&#8211;Impact analysis of new SAP releases to current system landscape environments</p>
<p>- Technical skills:</p>
<ul>
<li>Programming languages needed: Scripting knowledge, VI editor</li>
<li>Familiarity with AIX or other UNIX platform</li>
<li>Familiarity with Windows</li>
<li>Familiarity with IBM Power systems</li>
</ul>
<p>- Moderate proficiency in SAP BASIS functions:</p>
<ul>
<li>Basic proficiency in Oracle tools</li>
<li>Basic proficiency in UNIX</li>

<h2><strong>Responsibilities | Requirements</strong></h2>
<p><span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="color: #000000;">As part of a small team, you will be responsible for ownership of your scope: the manufacturing divisions. The SAP BW Developer’s (Backend) primary responsibilities will be to develop, create, monitor, and schedule (where appropriate) the necessary BW – business objects (e.g. InfoObjects, ODS, InfoCubes, InfoPackages, InfoSources, Datasources, Extractors, Transfer Rules, Update Rules) in a BW 7.x environment. </span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="color: #000000;">We’re looking for someone with strong analytical, problem-solving and multi-tasking skills, as well as communication and interpersonal skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="color: #000000;">Examples of recent projects that you will support, along with many others, include:</span></span></p>
<ul>
<li><span style="color: #000000;">         Providing COGS info/analysis</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #000000;">         Building out info provider for inventory metrics</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #000000;">         Purchasing info provider</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #000000;">         Enhance SD info providers</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="color: #000000;">You will be responsible for working with analysts and business users to translate functional specifications into technical specifications ensuring a comprehensive design, then configuring and coding, testing (including documentation of the results) and on-going customer support of the solutions. </span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="color: #000000;">The SAP BW Developer must also have the ability to work closely with functional analysts, BW team members, basis and the business. As a key member of this team, you will have the opportunity to learn many aspects of the business as well as the SAP data warehousing systems. </span></span></p>
<h2><strong>Education and Experience</strong></h2>

<li><span style="color: #000000;">Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or business related major is a plus </span></li>
<li><span style="color: #000000;">3-5 years experience with SAP ABAP Development -must include BW Development</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #000000;">SAP technical certifications a plus </span></li>
<li><span style="color: #000000;">Experience with BW 7.x and 3.x environments </span></li>
<li><span style="color: #000000;">Experience with SAP ECC </span></li>
<li><span style="color: #000000;">Experience with BW BPS is a plus</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #000000;">Business Objects is strongly desired</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #000000;">Has developed and supported reporting in the Sales and Marketing areas</span></li>

<p>Responsible for development and production support of PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) North America and related interface to General Ledger and Accounts Payable, providing enterprise-wide PeopleSoft Payroll technical support and consultation. This position will focus on the technical view of the North America Payroll application with emphasis on the impact, implications, and functional/technical benefit of enhancements, as well as the design and implementation of customizations and fixes to the production system.<strong> </strong></p>

<li>Eight years PeopleSoft programming/technical experience including use of Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, SQR and SQL.</li>
