By 2020, it is estimated that half of the US workforce will be millennials, otherwise known as Generation Y. While everyone can’t agree what ages millennial workers span, Pew Research Center defines adult millennials as those who are 18- to 33-years-old (born 1981- 1996). These employees were born in the 1980’s through the early 2000s.
